Victoria Sponge

Ingredients 

120 gm Butter 

120 gm flour

120 gm Sugar 

2 nos Eggs

1 gm salt

3 gm baking powder 

20 ml milk 

Stuffing 

30 gm Jam 

10 gm Icing Sugar (dusting)

Method 

1. Cream the fat and sugar to make a fluffy texture 

2. Add the egg to make a soft cream 

3.  Add the flour, salt and baking powder then mix it well 

4. finally pour the milk then mix it well 

5. Transfer into greased mold then bake it for 30 mins at 175 c

6. After cooling cut into desired shape, apply the jam in center then dusting with icing sugar
