Vanilla Bavarois

Ingredients 

100 ml Milk 

2 no egg 

30 gm sugar 

4 gm gelatin

20 ml fresh cream 

20 ml water 

5 ml vanilla extract 

Method 

1. Mix the gelatin into 20 ml hot water then dissolve it completely 

2. Prepare the custard with egg, milk and sugar  

3. Prepare till thick coating consistency then remove from fire 

4. Add the melted gelatin into the custard 

5. Cool it thoroughly then  pour the 20 ml fresh cream then mix it well 

6. Pour it into the moulds then set it in refrigerator for 20 mins 

7. Demould it and decorate with cherries
