Peanut Cake

Ingredients 

2 nos Eggs

80 gm Sugar

70 gm Butter 

80 gm Flour 

40 gm Crushed Peanut 

1/4 tsp baking powder

4 ml  Vanilla essence

Method 

1. Cream the butter and 40 gm sugar 

2. Beat the eggs well then add the balance sugar and vanilla powder to make a fluffy foam 

3. Gradually fold with flour, crushed peanut and baking powder 

4. Pour the oil to form a smooth batter 

5. Transfer the batter into greased container then bake it for 25 mins at 180'C
