Ingredients
2 nos Eggs
80 gm Sugar
80 ml oil
80 gm Flour
40 gm Coconut ( Desiccated or dry )
1/4 tsp baking powder
4 gm Cardamom powder or Coconut essence
Method
1. Beat the eggs well then add the sugar and vanilla powder to make a fluffy foam
2. Gradually fold with flour, coconut and baking powder
3. Pour the oil to form a smooth batter
4. Transfer the batter into greased container then bake it for 25 mins at 180'C
