Ingredients
For dough
150 gm Flour
30 gm Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
50 ml Water
For Stuffing
250 gm Chicken
Salt - to taste
1 tsp Chilly powder
1 tbsp Curry powder
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
2 nos Onion ( chopped )
1 no Tomato
Method
1. Mix the flour, salt and butter in vessel
2. Gradually pour the water to make a stiff dough
3. Make a stuffing, heat a oil in frying pan then add the chopped onions, fry it till light brown colour
4. Add the ginger garlic paste then saute it well
5. Add salt, curry powder and chilly powder then saute it, then add the tomatoes
6. wash the chicken then add into the masala
7. Without water cook the chicken in masala then make it dry
8. Prepare the tart mould
9. Make the sheet of dough then place it over the mould to make a shape
10. Bake the shell separately at 180 c for 20 mins
11. Place the prepared chicken into the shell then serve it into cut pieces
