Marble cake

 Ingredients 

4 nos Eggs

160 gm Sugar 

175 gm Flour 

3 gm Baking powder 

180 ml Oil 

5 gm Vanilla powder or vanilla essence or pineapple essence

5 gm Cocoa powder  

Method 

1.  Beat the eggs well with vanilla or pineapple essence then add powdered sugar to make smooth foamy texture

2.  Add flour and baking powder to form a batter 

3. Pour the oil gradually then mix it well 

4. Split the batter into 90 : 10 

5. In 10 % batter add the 5 gm cocoa powder then mix it well 

6. Pour the white batter in container then drop the brown batter then slightly mix it 

7. Again pour the white batter then again drop the brown batter then mix it slightly 

8. Bake it for 25 mins at 180'C
