Chocolate sponge

 Ingredients

180 gm Refined flour

160 ml oil

160 gm Powdered Sugar

4 nos Eggs

1/2 tbsp Baking Powder

Chocolate Essence - Few drops

15 gm Cocoa powder

Method

1. Beat the egg, essence and sugar to make it like a fluffy foam

2. Sieve the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder

3. Add the flour mixture and fold it slow and wel

4. Finally pour the oil in batter then mix it smoothly

8. Grease the tray and pour the mixture into tray

9. Bake it at 180 degree Celsius for 30 mins

10. Make a Icing and serve
