Chocolate lava cake

 Ingredients

2 nos eggs

2 nos egg yolks

114 gm butter

50 gm sugar

170 gm chocolate 

Salt - pinch

20 gm Refined flour

Method 

1. Melt the butter in double boiling method still melting consistency

2. Take out from fire then add chopped chocolate

3. After chocolate melt. Beat the eggs and egg yolk well then add the sugar to make fluffy texture

4. Pour the egg mixture into chocolate then mix it well

5. Finally add the flour then fold it well 

6. Pour the batter into ceramic bowl

7. Bake it for 15 mins at 175℃

8. After baking cool it for 10 mins then demold it, serve it hot.
