Chicken Pie

 Ingredients

Pie Dough

200 gm Refined flour

60 gm Sugar

120 gm fat

1/2 tsp salt

water - to mix

FOR STUFFING

200 gm Chicken

1 no Onion

1 no Tomato

1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

1/2 tsp Chilli powder

1/2 tsp Cumin powder

1/2 tsp Pepper powder

1/2 tsp Garam masala

coriander leaves - few

Method


1. Make a dough with above pie ingredients, then keep it aside
2.Make the stuffing with chicken - Saute the chopped onion in oil
3. Add the ginger garlic paste, saute it well.
4. Add the masalas then add the chopped chicken into it, sprinkle some water to cook the chicken
5. Make it a dry saute chicken, keep it aside
6. Roll the pie dough like a chapati
7. Place it over the pie mould
8. Place the stuffing above the layer
9. close the pie with above one layer
10. Bake it at 180℃ for 25 mins


Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients except water
  2. Gradually pour the water to make a dough, knead it well
  3. Cover the dough and leave it for 1/2 an hour
  4. Make the stuffing with chicken - Saute the chopped onion in oil
  5. Add the ginger garlic paste, saute it well.
  6. Add the masalas then add the chopped chicken into it, sprinkle some water to cook the chicken
  7. Make it a dry saute chicken, keep it aside
  8. Sheet the dough and apply the fat in it.
  9. Fold the sheet into 4 times
  10. Again roll the dough and apply the fat, Again fold the dough four times and make a sheet
  11. Cut the sheet into small squares
  12. Keep the stuffing in the center and roll it like a roll
  13. Keep it on the tray and bake it at 200 degree Celsius for 20 mins
