Ingredients
100 gm Butter
125 gm dark compound
2 nos Eggs
160 gm Sugar
4 gm Vanilla powder or essence
120 gm Refined Flour
2 gm Baking powder
10 gm Walnut or Cashewnuts
Method
1. In Double boil heating melt the butter then take out from fire
2. Add chopped chocolate into it then melt it fully
3. Beat the eggs well with sugar and vanilla essence
4. Pour the egg mixture into chocolate
5. Finally add the flour and baking powder into batter then mix it well
6. Transfer the batter into the greased mould
7. Sprinkle the chopped walnut or cashew nut on top of brownie batter
8. Bake it for 30 mins at 175 degree C
Note: After baking must leave it for 30 mins cooling before demoulding
