Breadcrumbs pudding

Ingredients 

2 nos Eggs

80 gm Sugar

90 ml oil 

90 gm breadcrumbs 

1/4 tsp baking powder

4 gm vanilla powder or essence

Method 

1. Beat the eggs well then add the sugar and vanilla powder to make a fluffy foam 

2. Gradually fold with  breadcrumbs and baking powder 

3. Pour the oil to form a smooth batter 

4. Transfer the batter into greased container then bake it for 20 mins at 180'C (or) steam it for 35 mins
