Vegetable canapes / veg canape

 Ingredients used 

3 slices  bread 

4 tbsp cabbage (chopped)

3 tbsp carrot (chopped)

2 tbsp capsicum (chopped)

3 tbsp Mayonnaise sauce 

1 tsp butter 

Garnish - Olives, red capsicum 

Method 

1, Toast the breads with butter then use a cookies cutter to cut into round shapes 

2. Mix all the vegetables into mayonnaise then place it over the breads 

3. Garnish and serve
