Ingredients
3 nos Tomatoes
3 nos Green chillies
40 gm Onions
3 nos Garlic
½ tsp Cumin
30 gm. Fat
Coriander leaves. a few
Salt. to taste
Method
1. Wash and wipe the tomatoes.
2. Roast tomatoes and onion in hot ash (10 minutes) or bake in an oven.
3. Peel tomatoes, chop fine. Chop onions.
4. Heat fat. Add cumin, chopped onion, chopped garlic and green chillies.
5. Add tomatoes and salt; cook for a few minutes.
6. Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
