Vegetable Cutlet

 Ingredients 

150 gm Potatoes 

30 gm Carrot (chopped)

20 gm Fresh Green peas 

1 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves 

1 tsp Chilly powder 

1 tsp Curry powder 

1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 

1 tsp Salt 

1 no Onion (chopped)

20 ml Oil 

2 tbsp Refined flour (maida)

30 gm Breadcrumbs 

Method 

1. Boil the whole potatoes then remove the skin and mash it 

2. Chop the carrots and onion

3. Heat oil, add onion, carrot and green peas 

4. Add the masalas, salt, coriander leaves  and mashed potatoes  

5. Make the potato stuffing into desired shapes 

6. Make the batter with flour, salt and water 

7. Dip the cutlet into batter then roll out into breadcrumbs 

8. Fry it in very hot oil or in griddle

9. Serve it with green chutney
