Onion Pakoda / Onion Pakora

 Ingredients 

250 gm Onion 

2 no green chilly

1 tsp Fennel 

2 sprig Curry leaves 

1 tsp chilly powder 

1 tsp salt 

100 gm Gram flour 

20 gm Rice flour 

Oil - to fry 

Method 

1. Slice the onions, mix with chopped green chilly, curry leaves, fennel and salt 

2. Add the gram flour and rice flour then mix it well with little water 

3. Fry it in hot oil till crispy
