Masala Fried Fish

 Ingredients 

250 gm Fish 

5 gm ginger 

5 gm garlic 

2 tbsp Chilly powder 

1 tsp Salt 

1 tbsp Cornflour 

Oil - to fry 

Method 

1. Mix chilly powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, corn flour and water 

2. Wash the fish and apply mixture then keep it aside for 30 mins 

3. Fry it in shallow or deep fry method 

4. Serve it with lemon and onion rings
