Ingredients
150 gm gram flour
150 gm sugar
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Cardamom powder or Crushed cardamom
Oil - to fry or Ghee
1 tbsp Cashew nuts
1/2 tbsp Raisins
2 tbsp Ghee
Method
1. Mix the flour, salt, baking soda and water to make a thick batter
2. Use Bhoodi jhara to fry it in hot oil
3. Make a thick sugar syrup with cardamom
4. Pour the sugar syrup into bhoodi then leave it for 10 mins
5. Fry the cashew nuts and raisin in ghee then pour it over ladoo mixture
6. Mix it well then make a even size balls
7. Used to Serve it for a week
