Ingredients

250 gm Refined flour (maida)

1 no egg

50 ml milk

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

3 tbsp Oil

Method 

1. Beat the egg then add sugar, salt,oil and milk. Again beat it well

2. In refined flour, pour the mixture then make it very soft dough then keep it aside

3. Divide the dough into equal size balls

4. Roll it then beat it in hand to make a large size 

5. Cook it in romali kadhai (upside down kadhai) in both sides

6. Serve it with paneer butter masala
