Egg Masal

 Ingredients 

3 nos Boiled Eggs 

1 no Onion ( chopped)

1 no Tomato ( chopped)

1/2 tsp Chilli powder 

1/2 tsp Coriander powder 

1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 

1/2 tsp salt 

2 tbsp Oil 

1/2 tsp Pepper powder 

Method 

1. Boil the eggs and remove the shell then keep it aside

2. Heat the oil then add the chopped onion, make it light brown colour 

3. Add the chopped tomatoes then saute it well 

4. Add chilli, coriander, turmeric powder and salt.

5. Prick the Eggs with knife, then put it into the masala

6. Finally sprinkle the pepper powder and garnish with coriander leaves then serve
