 EGG AND POTATO FRY

Ingredients

100 gm Potatoes

2 nos Onions

2 nos Eggs

30 ml oil

5 gm Pepper

Salt - to taste


Method

1. Slice onions thick. Brown lightly in fat. 
2. Add thickly sliced, boiled potatoes. 
3. Cook for 5 minutes stirring well. 
4. Beat eggs with seasoning. Increase heat. Pour in beaten eggs. 
5. Lift edges to let egg fluid flow under. 
6. Cook till eggs set. Serve unfolded and hot.
