Cauliflower 65 / Gobi 65
Ingredients
200 gm Cauliflower
30 gm Refined flour
10 gm Corn flour
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Chilly powder (or) kashmiri chilly powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala (or) Curry powder
1 tsp Salt
1 Wedge Lemon (or ) 5 ml vinegar
2 sprig Curry leaves
1/4 cup water
Method
1. Cut into small pieces, wash the cauliflower in hot water
2. In cauliflower add all the ingredients then mix it well with water
3. Keep aside for 30 mins
4. Fry it in hot oil, till it reach crispy texture
5. Serve it with Sliced onion and lemon
