Bread halwa

Ingredients

1 loaf Bread

1/2 lit Milk

Oil - to fry

300 gm Sugar

1 tsp Cardamom powder

3 tbsp ghee

10 gm Cashew nuts 


10 gm Raisins (dry grapes)

Method 

1. Fry the bread in golden brown colour then keep it aside

2. Heat the milk, add fried bread

3. Cook it till milk need to dry

4. Add sugar then it form watery texture , again continue stiring to make a halwa consistency

5. Heat ghee, fry cashewnut  and raisins then pour it over halwa

6. Serve it hot or chill
