Ingredients
110 gm Butter (or) fat
40 gm Powdered sugar
4 gm Salt
175 gm Refined flour
14 gm Custard powder (or) Corn flour
2 gm Vanilla powder or essence
Method
1. Cream the fat and sugar till creamy texture
2. Add salt and vanilla powder or essence
3. Add the flour and custard powder then mix it thoroughly to make a dough
4. Roll out using rolling pin then cut into round shape using cutter
5. Arrange it in baking tray then bake it for 20 mins at 180 c
