vegetable tempura

 Ingredients 

50 gm Carrot

50 gm Beans 

50 gm Capsicum 

50 gm Zucchini 

Tempura batter 

100 gm Refined flour 

50 gm Corn flour 

1 no Egg 

1/2 tsp salt 

1/2 tsp Pepper 

Method 

1. Cut the vegetables into lengthwise and also 2 inch broad then keep it aside 

2.  To make thick batter with above tempura ingredients 

3. Dip the vegetables into batter the deep fry it in hot oil 

4. Serve with tomato ketchup or garlic sauce
