Vanilla Ice cream

 Ingredients 

250 ml milk 

30 gm Sugar 

2 no Egg white 

5 ml Vanilla essence 

Method 

1. Heat the milk, then reduce into half 

2. Add the sugar and essence  to make a thick sauce consistency 

3. Beat the egg white well till fluffy

4. Fold the egg white into milk mixture, transfer into bowl then keep it inside freezer for two hours 

5. Mix it thoroughly then again keep it inside the freezer for 2 hour

6. Serve it immediately
