SOUFFLE PUDDINGS
Ingredients
200 ml Milk
30 gm Flour
30 gm Butter
30 gm Sugar
3 nos Eggs
2 ml Essence
Methods
1. Separate the egg white and yolk carefully.
2. Boil the milk.
3. Cream the butter, sugar and flour.
4. After boiling the milk, add creamed mixture and reboil it.
5. Remove from fire and add beaten egg yolks gradually and whisk continu
6. Add stiffly beaten egg whites and essence.
7. Put this mixture into the greased mould and place the mould on a tray with half of
8. Bake it at 250°C for about 15 minutes.
9. Demould and serve with sauce or custard.
