SCRAMBLED EGGS on TOAST


Ingredients

3 nos Eggs

20 gm Butter

10 ml Milk

Salt - to taste

1/2 tsp Pepper 

4 slice Bread


Method

1. Break the eggs into a bowl. Add pepper and salt and beat lightly. Add milk. 

2. Melt half the butter in a thick-bottomed pan. Add the eggs and cook over gentle heat till eggs are lightly cooked, stirring lightly as eggs set. 

3. Remove from heat. Check for seasoning and mix in remaining butter.

4. Apply butter and Toast the bread slice 

5. Place the scrambled eggs on toast then serve
