Rolled Omelette

 Rolled Omelette 

Ingredients 

3 nos Eggs 

20 gm Capsicum ( chopped)

20 gm Carrots ( chopped)

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Onion ( chopped)

Method 

1. Beat the egg well with salt, pepper, capsicum and onion 

2. Heat the pan then pour the one portion of egg mixture 

3. Roll the omelette in one side 

4. Pour the second portion of egg mixture then cook it 

5. Roll the second layer above the first 

6. Pour the third layer of omelette then cook it 

7. Roll the third layer above the second layer then remove from fire 

8. Cut into 10 inches long then serve with tomato sauce
