Ingredients
115 gm Refined flour
1 no Egg
50 ml Milk
100 ml water
30 gm Sugar
1/ 2 tsp Salt
Filling
55 gm Coconut
30 gm Sugar
2 nos Cardamoms
Method
1. Sieve together flour and salt into a bowl. 2. Make a well in the centre. Add beaten egg yolk and milk. Add sugar. 3. Bent well to form a smooth batter and let in stand for an hour. 4. Whisk egg white stiffly. Fold into batter and prepare pancakes, cooking only on one side. Put in the filling and roll.
