Japanese Clear Soup

 Ingredients 

5 cups Chicken Stock 

2 cups water 

2 tbsp Sesame oil 

30 gm Onion (sliced ) 

4 nos Garlic ( crushed)

1 no Carrot ( sliced )

2 inch Ginger ( sliced)

10 nos Button mushroom (sliced)

2 nos Spring onion( chopped) 

1 tsp salt

1 tsp Pepper

Method 

1. Heat the  oil, add onion, garlic, ginger, carrot, mushroom then mix it well till brown colour, not to burn 

2. Pour the stock or broth, salt, pepper and water then left to boil for 30 mins

3. finally add the spring onion then serve immediately
