 FRIED FILLETS OF FISH


Ingredients

200 gm Pomfret

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Pepper

1 no Egg

55 gm  Breadcrumbs

Fat to fry (absorption)

Lime - Few drops 

Method 

1. Clean and wash fish thoroughly. 
2. Fillet each fish into 4 even fillets. Skin 
3. Season with pepper and salt. 
4. Dip in beaten eggs. Coat with pepper and salt. Coat with breadcrumbs  
5. Deep fry till golden brown. Garnish with lime slices.
