French Bread




Ingredients 

300 gm Refined flour 

7 gm Yeast 

1/2 tsp Salt 

20 gm Sugar 

20 gm butter 

10 gm  Milk powder

100 ml Water 

Method 

1. Add all the ingredients together except water, mix it well 

2. Gradually pour the water to make a soft dough 

3. Knead the dough for 10 mins 

4. Shape the dough into lengthwise then let to ferment 

5. After fermentation cut the above dough like cross design, Apply egg white on top 

6.  Bake it for 25 mins at 180 c
