CREAM OF SPINACH SOUP

 CREAM OF SPINACH SOUP


Ingredients

750 ml Meat stock

250 gm Spinach

30 gm Refined flour

30 gm Butter

300 ml Milk

Salt  - to taste

Method

1. Clean and wash spinach. 2. Cook in stock with salt. 3. Rub through sieve when cooked. 4. Prepare white sauce using flour, milk and butter.

5. Add spinach purée. Reheat and serve.
