Ingredients
50 gm cabbage (shredded)
20 gm carrot (shredded)
20 gm capsicum (shredded)
Mayonnaise sauce
1 no egg yolk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1 cap vinegar
100 ml oil
Method
1. Shredded the all vegetables and keep it ready
2. Make mayonnaise with above ingredients
3. Mix the egg yolk, salt, pepper,mustard powder, vinegar, gradually pour the oil slowly then mix it continuously to make fluffy sauce
4. Mix the sauce into vegetables then serve
