Coffee jello

 Ingredients 

Plain coffee jelly 

100 ml water 

10 gm Instant coffee powder 

20 gm Sugar 

5 gm Gelatin 

Milk coffee jelly 

200 ml milk 

10 gm coffee powder 

30 gm Sugar 

6 gm gelatin 

Method 

Make the plain jelly 

1. Heat the water then add the sugar and gelatin melt it thoroughly, then add the coffee powder, mix it well 

2. After cooling,  pour into container then set in refrigerator 

3. After set cut into small cubes then keep it aside 

4. Prepare the milk jelly, heat the milk then add the sugar and gelatin, melt it thoroughly then add the coffee powder 

5.   After cooling, in glass bowl Pour the milk mixture then add the dark coffee jelly into the milk 

6. Again keep it in refrigerator leave it to set
