Choux pastry eclairs

 Ingredients 

For Batter 

1 cup Refined flour 

1 cup Water 

2 tbsp butter

1/2 tsp Salt 

3 tbsp Sugar 

1 no Egg 

For Coating 

50 gm Dark Compound  

Method 

1. Boil the water in medium heat then add sugar and salt mix it well 

2. Remove from fire then add the egg,  refined flour, mix it well without lumps 

3. Transfer the dough into pastry bag with plain nozzle 

4. Press out into Baking tray then bake it for 20 mins at 180 c

5. After cooling, Dip into melted chocolate then serve
