 CAULIFLOWER FRIED IN BATTER

Ingredients

450 gm Cauliflower

30 gm Refined flour

1 no Eggs

150 ml Milk

1/4 tsp Pepper

1/4 tsp Salt

Fat to fry (absorption)


Method

1. Parboil cauliflower in salted boiling water. 
2. Drain and keep liquor:
3. Prepare a batter with egg, milk and flour using cauliflower liquor if more liquid is necessary. 
4. Break cauliflower into small pieces  Dip in batter and deep fry. 
5. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
