Butter short bread



Ingredients


100 gm Flour

50 gm Powdered sugar

100 gm Butter

2 ml Butter essence

50 gm Corn flour

Method 

1. Prepare the dough by rubbing method.

2. Roll out on a floured table and cut into round or rectangular shape to desired thickness.

3. Prick the top with a fork

4. Bake it at 140°C for about 30 minutes or until it is baked but not browned.

5. Leave it on baking sheet for 10 minutes
