Baked fish
250 gm Fish ( fillet)
2 tbsp olive oil
50 gm Onion ( sliced )
2 no garlic cloves ( sliced )
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
50 gm tomatoes ( chopped )
1 tsp Tomato puree
1 tbsp red wine
1 tsp honey
1 tsp basil
Method
1. Heat the oil then add the onions, mix it and make it light brown colour
2. Add the garlic, chilli flakes, oregano, salt, pepper, tomato paste and tomato then cook it well like sauce
3. Pour the honey, wine and basil
4. Prepare the oven with pre heat of 180 c
5. Place the aluminium foil in baking tray, pour the sauce then place the fish then again pour the sauce over the fish
6. Bake it with closing ( uncover) the fish for 20 mins
7. Baked fish, served with the sauce
