 SPAGHETTI chicken AND TOMATO CASSEROLE

Ingredients

For 4

200 gm chicken 

1 no Egg

30 gm Breadcrumbs

55 gm  Fat

200 gm Spaghetti

100 gm Tomatoes

50 gm Refined flour

15 gm Butter

15 gm Onions

55 gm  Carrots

1 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Pepper to taste 

Method

1. Clean and mince chicken
 2. Add seasoning and shape into balls. Dip in egg and breadcrumbs and fry lightly. 
3. Boil spaghetti in salted water till done. 
4. Prepare a tomato sauce using remaining ingredients. 
5. In a casserole dish place a good layer of spaghetti. 
6. Cover with tomato sauce. 
7. Top with meat balls. 
8. Cover and bake in a moderate oven at 175°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
