MACARONI CHEESE

Ingredients

115 gm Macaroni

55 gm Cheese

15 gm Butter

15 gm Refined flour

296 ml Milk

to taste Pepper

10 gms Salt

30 gm Breadcrumbs

115 gm Tomatoes

Method

1. Grate cheese

2. Boil macaroni in salted water till cooked.

3. Drain and put into a colander, hold under a running tap.

4. Prepare white sauce add half the grated cheese

5. Grease a mould, put in the boiled macaroni and tomato slices. Pour hot sauce over.

6. Sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Dot with butter atal bake for 25 minutes at 200 c
