GINGER PUDDING

Ingredients

155 gm Refined flour

2 nos Eggs

55 gm Butter

55 gm Sugar

1 tsp Dry ginger powder

1½ tsp Baking powder

Method

1. Cream butter and sugar well. 
2. Add egg yolk and beat. 
3. Sieve flour and baking powder.
 4. Beat egg white stiffly and add flour and white alternately. 
5. Fold in ginger powder. 
6. Grease pudding mould, pour in mixture and cover with grease proof paper. 
7. Steam for 1½ hours. 8. Serve hot with custard sauce or jam sauce.
