50 gm Coconut
45 gm Sugar
45 gm butter
45 gm Refined flour
5 gm Cornflour
2 gm Cardamom powder
Method
1. Cream the fat and sugar
2. Add the cardamom powder, cornflour, refined flour and grated coconut then make a smooth dough
3. Divide into small pieces then bake it at 180 c for 20 mins
