Carrot Cake


 Ingredients 

2 nos Eggs

70 gm Refined flour 

90 gm sugar (Powdered)

70 gm Carrot 

50 ml Ghee 

1/4 tsp Baking powder 

1/2 tsp Cardamom powder

Method

1. Beat the egg well then add the sugar to make a fluffy texture 

2. Add the Paste or grated carrot



3. Sieve the flour and baking powder into batter     

4. Finally add the ghee then fold the batter 

5. Transfer into pan then bake it for 25 mins at 180 c
