Ingredients
3 nos Banana
50 gm Refined flour
20 gm Corn flour
50 gm Sugar
50 ml water
1 tbsp Sesame seeds ( white)
Oil - to fry
Method
1. Peel and Cut the banana into lengthwise 5 cm long
2. Make the thick batter with refined flour, corn flour and water
3. Banana dip into batter then fry it in hot oil
4. Make the thick sugar syrup till brown colour
5. Dip the fried bananas into caramel
6. Sprinkle the white sesame seeds over the toffee
