Swiss roll

Ingredients

2 nos Eggs

50 gm Sugar ( powdered)

50 gm Flour

1/2 tsp Baking powder

Pineapple essence - Few drop 

For Roll 

2 tbsp Jam 

Cream 

3 tbsp Butter

6 tbsp icing sugar

Method 

1. Beat the egg well, add sugar then beat till foamy texture

2. Sieve the flour with baking powder into egg mixture

3. Grease the tray with parchment paper then pour the batter

4. Bake it for 12 mins at 180℃

5. After cooling, apply jam of one layer, second layer apply the pastry cream 

6. Roll out like a circle then cut it like a wheel
