Ingredients
200 gm Spaghetti
2 tbsp Butter
1 cup Tomato sauce
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper powder
Method
1. Boil the water with salt then add the spaghetti allow to boil gently
2. Drain it in a colander
3. Melt the butter then transfer the spaghetti, add salt and pepper
4. Pour the tomato sauce then mix it well
5. Serve with grated cheese
Tomato sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 no onion ( chopped )
1/2 no carrot ( small)( chopped )
1 stem celery ( chopped )
1 no bay leaf
1 pinch Thyme
1 tbsp flour
3 nos Tomato (puree)
1 cup Stock water
1 clove garlic ( chopped )
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Method
1. Melt butter, add thyme, bay leaf, celery and onion. saute it well
2. Add chopped carrot and tomato puree. gradually add the flour then mix it thoroughly
3. Pour the stock water, simmer it for 15 mins
4. Add the garlic, salt and pepper to make thick sauce
5. Strain it and use the sauce
