Ingredients
2 nos Eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp milk
For topping
1/2 no Onion ( chopped)
1 no Tomato (blanch and chopped)
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp Parsley
Method
1. Beat the egg with salt, pepper and milk. Heat the butter in pan then pour the egg mixture, continuous stir to make a scrambled egg. transfer into plate and keep it aside
2. Blanch the tomato then remove the skin and chopped it
3. Melt the butter, add chopped onion then saute it well
4. Add the chopped tomatoes then stir it well
5. Pour the tomato mixture above the scrambled egg then sprinkle the chopped parsley
