Omelette Provencale


 Ingredients 

2 nos Egg 

1 tbsp Garlic ( chopped) 

1 tsp Parsley ( chopped)

1/2 tsp salt 

1/2 tsp Pepper 

1 no tomato

Method 

1. Heat the butter then add chopped garlic, saute it well 

2. Add the chopped tomato, parsley, salt and pepper

3. Beat the egg well  then pour it over tomato mixture 

4. After cooked ones ide then roll and serve
