Cream of Mushroom Soup


 Ingredients 

1/2 lit White Stock 

1 tbsp Butter 

1 tbsp Refined flour 

10 tbsp Milk 

10 nos Mushroom ( sliced )

1/2 tsp Salt 

1/2 tsp Pepper

Method 

1. Heat the butter then add the flour to make a roux 

2. Gradually pour the milk to make a sauce, Strain the stock water into sauce 

3. Add the sliced mushroom, bouquet garni  and seasoning

4. Boil the soup for 15 mins then remove the bouquet garni then serve immediately
